Monthly Maintenance Window
On the first Sunday of every month, between 8am and 4pm EST (Eastern Standard Time), your hosted naturalForms Server will undergo maintenance. The maintenance is scheduled to last up to 1 hour.
The following will be applied to your server:
- Operating system updates
- Operating system security patches
During this time, your users will still be able to create and edit documents, but they may need to set naturalForms to work offline. If users are unable to submit their documents or resync, please ask them to wait 30 minutes and try again.
We take both security and uptime of your site very seriously. To that end, we have scheduled this maintenance at a time that has the lowest volume of document submissions. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to Contact Us.
