Here's a quick tutorial on how to complete a document with your naturalForms account.
What Can You Do

Create a document from the Documents page of the web portal.

Allows inside sales, back-office or admin staff to create and updated documents.
How to Add or Edit Documents
To use the 'Add Document' or 'Edit Document' features using what we refer to as Web Forms or Document Editor you must be using the Advanced plan and have the feature enabled. To enable the feature just submit a support ticket to request access to the Advanced functionality. Note: The Google Chrome browser is recommended.
1. Add Document
The web form functionality can be access from the Documents page of the web portal.
A. Click Add Document | Click Add Documents from the Documents page to see the list of assigned templates available for creation.

-Start a New Document
The list of assigned templates are displayed and can be selected which will allow a document name to be entered and will open a blank or new document in the Document Editor. The document can then be edited in the web portal and submitted. Refer to section 3 for details on how to use the Document Editor.
2. Edit Document
The web form functionality can be access from the Documents page of the web portal.
A. Find the Document | From the documents list located on the Documents page of the web portal, find the desired document that is to be edited. For a document to appear in the document list, the document must have been submitted from the mobile device or app on a tablet or phone.
B. Open the Tools Menu | Open the Tools menu for the selected document.

C. Click Edit Document | In the Tools menu click Edit this document.

The document will open in the Document Editor with the previously submitted document data. Refer to section 3 for details on how to use the Document Editor.
3. Fill Out Documents
The document now can be completed or 'filled out' in the web portal (using the browser). For details on how to use the Document Editor see the Document Editor Guide.
