You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will be put into a 'pending cancellation' status. You can continue to use naturalForms for the remainder of your current billing period. When the next billing cycle occurs, your credit card will not be charged and your account will then go into a 'cancelled' status. At that time, you will no longer be able to sign in to the site to administer your account or the naturalForms app.
To cancel your subscription, click on your name in the upper right hand corner of the site and select Subscription.
You will then want to click on the Modify Subscription button.
You can then click on the Cancel my plan link on the bottom right hand corner.
You will see a red message bar at the top of the site to let you know that your account will be canceled.
Note: If you change your mind, we can "undo" the cancellation if the account is still in a pending cancellation status. If the account has gone to a cancelled status, you will have the option to re-active the account.
