Edit Output Settings


You can determine how you wish to deliver your submitted documents. In the Output Settings tab, you have several options to push the data or PDF of your documents to email or a third party application.

First option is to determine if you wish to default the output settings or customize the settings.


If Default is chosen, then the email settings will default to one of the following:

  1. Group Settings if this template is part of a group and the group has customized output settings
  2. Account Settings if this template is not part of a group

The settings that will be used by default will then be displayed below.



The Email tab provides the ability to determine how you would like your email message configured.

Web Apps

The Web Apps tab provides the ability to use webhooks (aka ‘connectors’) to send naturalForms data to third party applications. The following connectors were setup and available in Output Settings:

  • QuickBooks
  • Google Sheets
  • JobNimbus
  • Generic Web Apps

These settings will allow the user to define the mapping of the document data from naturalForms to a third party application. Connectors will also have the ability to send data files (PDF, SCV, JSON and XML) through the webhook via an Amazon link.

Once you have set your desired output settings, please click the Save button to save the changes made.
