Why does the device ID keep changing for my iPad?

The way that Apple generates this device ID is by app AND vendor.

This means that if the naturalForms app is deleted and there are no other apps by ExpeData on the iPad, then the next time that the naturalForms application is installed, Apple considers it as a new vendor and generates a new device ID.
