“This is not a naturalForms Server” Error Message

This error means you are trying to connect to a server that naturalForms doesn't communicate with.  Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Confirm your device is connected to the Internet.
2. Confirm you are attempting to the correct URL provided by your administrator.
3. Be sure you are using “https://”
4. If you are using naturalForms for Android or using an iPad with an iOS version prior to iOS7, be sure the URL you type ends with “/services”

 If you continue to receive this error, please contact your naturalForms hosting provider for support.
