Overview
Our integrations, offer an added value to our naturalForms customers. We are glad that you have chosen to use Zapier as a connector. Not only can you connect Zapier with naturalForms, but Zapier has many useful tools throughout their platform.
Zapier is a web service that offers integrations with over 2,000 online programs and software products, and is used by millions across the globe. Zapier enables the transfer of data based on triggers to (i.e. document submission) and from these programs and software through what is called a “Zap.” Zaps can also be used to perform additional actions such as sending an email, text message or updating a database. There are an infinite amount of things that can be performed with this software. The naturalForms Zapier integration allows you to leverage all of the data collected from your forms with other helpful automated actions available in Zapier.
I. Getting Started
A. Free Trial
Zapier offers a free trial, allowing you to set up use basic zaps completely free of charge. For more on specific actions and premium products, plans are available based on the level of integration needed for your usage as well as a 14-day free trial. B. Sign In
To get started with Zapier, visit their website and sign in to your account. It will bring you to the dashboard and there will be a question "What apps do you want to connect today?" From there, you will connect one two apps.
II. Create & Connect Zaps
A. Create Your Own Zaps
To access naturalForms in Zapier, just type in "naturalForms" where it says "Search for an app". naturalForms will be the first (and only) app to come up. Click on it. Then, you will have the option to search another app to connect with naturalForms, such as MailChimp, JobNimbus, WorkWave, etc. This will allow you to create new automated actions between the two apps.
B. Access Already Popular Zaps
Zapier takes it even a step further, and based on most popular naturalForms zaps, they will put together templates for you to use right away with hardly any thought put into it. There are lots of options, scroll through and see if any of those connections would be helpful to you. Just click the blue "Try This" button.
III. Connect Your Apps
A. Sign Into Apps & Upload Template
Make sure to first sign in to your naturalForms account with the correct credentials. Then, select the template that you would like to connect with another app, in this case Google Drive. Finally, you will sign into your Google Drive account.
B. Turn on Zaps
Once you have filled out each of the required fields, click the "Turn on Zap" button at the bottom to connect your two apps.
IV. View Zaps
A. Successful Zap
Once your zap is successfully turned on, you will be taken to a new page. On this page go to the bottom and click the button "View your Zaps".

After clicking the "View your Zaps" button, you will be taken back to the homepage. You will automatically be directed to the sidebar tab, "Zaps" and on that page your zap will be turned on and waiting for you to locate at any time.
