Here's a quick tutorial on how to complete a document with your naturalForms account.
Note: The video displays the 3.0 version of the product, however the steps are basically the same with the new user interface (4.0) version. The specific steps are outlined below with the 4.0 corresponding screens presented.
What Can You Do

Create a document from the Documents page of the web portal.
- Edit a document from the Documents page of the web portal.

Allows inside sales, back-office or admin staff to create and updated documents.
How to Add or Edit Documents
To use the 'Add Document' or 'Edit Document' features you must be using the Advanced plan to have the feature enabled. To enable the feature upgrade your account or submit a support ticket to request access to the Advanced functionality.
1. Add Document
Documents can be accessed from the Document List screen of the application.
A. Click Add Document
Click Add Document (+) from the Document List screen to see the list of assigned templates available for creation.
The list of templates is displayed.
The list of assigned templates are displayed and can be selected which will allow a document name to be entered and will open a blank or new document in the app.
The document can then be edited, completed and/or sent for signature.
2. Edit Document
Documents can be accessed from the Document List screen of the application.
A. Find the Document
From the Document List screen of the application, find the desired document that is to be edited. For a document to appear in the document list, the document must have been started from the application. The document list can be filtered and searched in order to find the desired document. B. Click Edit Document
In the Tools menu click Edit this document.
The document will open and be editable in the application with the previously collected document data. Refer to section 3 for details on how to use the Document Editor.
3. Fill Out Documents
The document can be completed or 'filled out' in the app on any device. For details on how to use the edit documents see the Document Editor Guide.
