Missing Help Documentation


If the help documentation is missing, which is available in the help icon (question mark) within the top right hand corner of the web portal pages, confirm the documentation exist.

1. Confirm documentation exist in following directory:

Directory: c:\Program Files (x86)\naturalForms\SDK Bridge\docs


2. Make a backup of the directory, and replace the files with the following files:
Files: https://www.dropbox.com/s/oyx13je0mb7lxv6/docs.zip?dl=0


If the documentation still exist, check for JavaScript errors in the web portal pages and submit a support ticket for assistance.
