Why am I getting the error "A user already exists with this email address"?


If you try to add a user and the email address is already in naturalForms, you will receive this error.


This can happen for two reasons. 

  • Deleted User

If an administrator deleted the user with the email address that you are trying to add, you cannot see that they were previously registered in naturalForms.  If you need this user added back to your account, please contact Support and provide your company name and the user’s email address.

  • Registered with another company

If the email address that you are trying to add has already been registered with another company, then this email address cannot be used again.
