Have you created a template that works fine on iOS but on Android you are unable to select any fields?
If so, you may have run into a couple of issues that we are working to resolve. Being unable to select any fields ties back to data source values you may be using. There are three identified reasons for this issue:
- One or more of your values contains a single quote (')
- One or more of your values contains a long dashes (- ) followed by a space
- All values in the list begin with the same letter or number
Please remove these from your lists or change the list so that each value does not start with the same letter or number. Then you will need to re-sync on your tablet. You should now be able to select and enter data again.
