Why are my documents not attached to the output emails?


Are your output emails of your submitted documents coming through without the documents attached? Instead, are you seeing emails that look like this?

If so, the culprit may be spaces and/or carriage returns in the distribution lists. Please open the Output Settings (either at the Account level or the Template level) in NFS Portal. Backspace or delete any extra spaces or returns in the To, CC, and BCC email lists and Save.
