How can I verify that a user's document was submitted successfully?


There are several ways to know that a document was submitted successfully.  

Email: You can elect to receive an e-mail alert when the form is transmitted. 

NFS Portal: If you log into the portal you can see a list of documents that you have submitted.  From here you have the ability to download or view your document as well.
