When you click the Install button, you receive the following error - 0x800B010A: A certificate chain could not be built to a trusted root authority
This problem occurs because the installer is signed by a Certificate Authority that has not been installed on the computer. Computers that do not have the right root certificates installed will have this issue.
To resolve this problem, please download the root certificate updates from the following:
NOTE: The update applies to Windows XP but will install on Windows Server 2008/R2.
New root certificate authorities enable strong signatures using a SHA256 hash. Computers that are connected to the internet automatically download these certificates. However, computers that are not connected to the internet or that have not already installed the root certificate update do not have the required certificate authority installed.
